1. Retreat and Stay Bookings

Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed once we receive full payment. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your booking information.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
– If you cancel more than 30 days before the start date of your booking, you will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before the start date will be refunded 50% of the booking fee.
– Cancellations made less than 15 days before the start date will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the resort for your stay will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be issued.

2. Daily Yoga Classes (Online and Physical)

Booking and Payment: Classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. We accept various forms of online payment methods detailed on our website.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
– You can cancel your class up to 24 hours before it starts for a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class starts are non-refundable.
Missed Classes: Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Please ensure you are able to attend the session before booking.
Physical Class Specifics:
– Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to settle in without rushing.
– Equipment: Participants are responsible for providing their own yoga mats and any other necessary equipment unless otherwise stated.
– Health and Safety: Participants must inform the instructor of any health issues or injuries before the class begins. We are committed to ensuring a safe environment but are not liable for any injuries sustained during the class.

3. Online Yoga Subscriptions

Subscription Fees: Fees for online yoga classes must be paid in full before the start of any session.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
– Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. However, the current month’s subscription fee is non-refundable.
– Refunds for cancellations will only apply to future months.

4. General Terms

Refund Timelines: The entire refund process shall be completed within 10 business days of refund application.
License: Unless otherwise stated, Hippie Paws and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Hippie Paws. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Hyperlinking to our Content: You may link to our content as long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
