Your Retreat Itinerary:
- Friday: Arrival and check-in, followed by a welcoming session and an introduction to Yoga Asanas to stretch after your travels. Evening brings dinner accompanied by live local music and interactive connection activities.
- Saturday: The day starts with chanting and classical yoga. After breakfast, lose yourself in the flow of our Music Expression Workshop, and later, find tranquility in Yoga Nidra.
- Sunday: Begin with an excursion to connect with nature, followed by personal time and a Dance/Movement Expression Workshop. Conclude with a reflective Kalpavriksha Meditation and dinner.
- Monday: Participate in the closing circle after morning yoga, sharing your experiences and insights before departure.
